Refund, Cancellation, and Delivery Policy

Effective date: February 9, 2026. This policy applies to all purchases made on Bondlyfe.

1. Nature of Service

Bondlyfe provides digital services only. There is no physical shipment. Service access is provided online once payment is successful.

2. Delivery Policy

  • Access to paid features is typically activated immediately after successful payment authorization.
  • In rare gateway/network delays, activation may take up to 24 hours.
  • If access is not activated within 24 hours, contact support@bondlyfe.com with payment reference details.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days of the transaction date by contacting support@bondlyfe.com. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@bondlyfe.com with your transaction ID and registered email address. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Credit timelines depend on the payment gateway and issuing bank, usually within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, contact us at support@bondlyfe.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while the investigation is underway.
