Questions couples ask
How does a Date Room work?
Each month there's a new walkable 3D room - a small world with stops: a letter to read aloud, questions to answer, a song cue, a wish to send up, and a sealed chest that opens next month. You get on your normal call (FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom - anything), you both open the room in the browser, and you walk it together while you talk. The room runs the date.
Do we both need to pay?
No. One membership covers the couple - the member opens the room and shares its private link on the call. Your partner doesn't need an account or an app.
Do we see each other inside the room?
Each of you walks the room on your own screen while you talk on your call - every room is designed for walking-while-talking, so the conversation is the point. Live shared avatars in one room are on the roadmap for members.
Do we need to download anything?
Nothing. Rooms run in the phone or laptop browser - open the link and walk. If a device can play a YouTube video, it can walk a room.
What happens to past rooms?
They stay open. Membership unlocks every room released so far, so a new member starts with the full set and one new room arrives each month.
How do I cancel?
Reply to any receipt email or write to support@bondlyfe.com and it's done the same day - no forms, no retention flow. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
